Who Should I Nominate?
We want to give away a medical alert system to an older adult who:
- Has impacted your life or someone else’s life in a positive way
- Gives back to the community through volunteer or mentorship
- Is an advocate for the community, especially for elder rights
- Seeks new skills whether through furthering education or in curricular activities
- Continues to live the life they way they choose, as this person feels age is simply just a number
This person can be a relative, friend, or neighbor, etc. Self-nominations are also accepted. Current Medical Guardian customers cannot apply to win, but they can nominate another senior who is not a Medical Guardian customer.
How Do I Nominate a Special Senior?
The process is simple. Answer our short questionnaire to share with us everything we need to know about the senior dear to you. Please submit a photo of the senior with your nomination to the email address: amanda.white@staging.medicalguardian.com.

Information to Know If Your Nominee Wins
- A winner will be selected at the end of May and announced the beginning of June on all of our social media sites @MedicalGuardian. We will also contact the nominator through their contact information they submit through the SurveyMonkey.
- Once Medical Guardian has the winner’s information, we will be able to ship out the system ASAP.
- Winner must provide Medical Guardian with their address so we know where to ship the medical alert system of their choosing.
- If the winner decides to return the system after the six months are over, Medical Guardian will send a free shipping return label to send back to our warehouse from FedEx.
- Medical Guardian must receive billing information to put into our system. We will not charge the account, as we will use a 6-month promo code offer, but we will need it if the system is not returned if they do not want to purchase it after the six months time period is over.
- Winner must provide a review of the product they choose to Medical Guardian within the six month time period.
