Charging Cradle
Place your MGMove on the charging cradle to charge your device. The light on the front shows your battery status.
Charging Brick & USB
Plug the USB (larger) end of the cord into your charging brick. Then, plug the smaller end of the cord into your charging cradle.
The MGMove fall detection add-on leverages our most sophisticated technology to accurately detect and respond to falls, even distinguishing between soft falls and hard impacts. When a fall is detected, it automatically establishes a voice connection and, if needed, calls for help, ensuring round-the-clock safety and peace of mind.
Share Information With Loved Ones
You can view your loved one’s historical location data, which is updated hourly and stored in our online member portal and app. When the SOS button is pressed, real-time location data is provided. Our portal offers you peace of mind by staying connected and informed when you can’t be there.

Get insight into how your loved one’s day is going by viewing step data in the portal. Daily and weekly views of important health data like calories burned and distance walked help form a picture of their general well-being. Get To Know Your MGMove
Does the MGMove require a smartphone?
No.
The MGMove comes with 4G LTE that connects you directly to emergency operators with the press of a button, no matter where you are. You can speak directly to them right through your MGMove.
No smartphones are required for the basic plan. If you upgrade your system with the Social Circle Apps you will need a MyGuardian Account. MyGuardian works as both a web portal and a mobile app. You can opt to download “MyGuardian” via Google Play™ or the Apple® App Store, or use the desktop format if you do not have a smartphone.
How do I know if my device is in a good coverage area?
The device will display a green circle when your device has the strongest coverage, a yellow circle when you have average coverage, and a red circle when coverage is poor.
What is the band made of?
The strap is made out of TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane), and the band is not changeable.
How long is the wristband?
We offer two wristband lengths, a shorter (standard length) that measures 5 1/4″ to 7″ and a longer option that measures 7″ to 7 3/4″.
Can I wear the MGMove in the shower?
Absolutely!
The MGMove is IP67 certified so you can stay protected in the shower. We recommend towel-drying it after it gets wet. It should not be submerged in water.
How do you charge the MGMove?
Your MGMove will need to be charged daily, just like any smartwatch or mobile/cell phone. Charging takes 1-2 hours. With our new Voice Assist charging feature, the watch will tell you when you have the watch correctly connected to the magnetic charger and is charging. Note: If the watch is completely discharged, it will not sound until it has a minimal charge.
Can I change the watch face?
Yes.
